T3 Zoom Café: Tom Shedd

In this iteration of our on-going T3 (Train-The-Trainers) series, Tom Shedd shares his experience training trainers in Africa and elsewhere. Tom describes his strategy of creating in-country organizational structures to help facilitate the multiplication of the training. In this conversation, Tom also shares his perspectives on the appropriate role of Western funding and it’s impact on sustainability.

Throughout 2026, we are interviewing different GTN staff who are engaged in a T3 ministry of multiplication. This unscripted T3 Zoom Café conversation took place on May 19, 2026.
